Based in Switzerland, “Des Enfants, Des Sourires” is a non-profit association born from a simple conviction: every child, wherever they come from, has the right to learn and thrive in dignified conditions.
We focus our actions on primary schools in underserved areas of the Doumé district, in the East region of Cameroon. Our approach is pragmatic: one concrete, targeted project every year, to durably transform the daily lives of our pupils.

School kits to help them succeed
For the start of the 2026 school year, we are partnering with the Sibita Development Committee (CoDéSi) to provide school supplies to students at public elementary schools in Sibita and Mballa. Since a lack of essential supplies is one of the main causes of school dropout, this project aims to provide immediate relief to families and give every child the tools they need to succeed.
